RequirementS for registration
· Families participating in our Faith Formation Program should be registered and participating members of Seven Holy Founders Parish, or registered parishioners of a parish without a religious education program. We define “participating” as supporting the parish spiritually, physically and financially. Toward this goal, we request that each family attend Mass weekly, volunteer in the Faith Formation Program, or other parish activity, and meet their financial obligations.
· Children of non-registered families will be welcomed with permission from their Pastor to participate in the program.
· New students must present a copy of their baptismal certificates. Registration is not complete without this copy.
· PSR classes are held on Monday nights starting at 6:30pm and ends at 7:45pm for grades 1-8 (Refer to Calendar on website regarding class schedule)

2024-2025 Tuition for PSR
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25.00. This fee does not go towards your tuition.

2 Children $275.00
3 or more $350.00
Tuition needs to be paid in full by November 6, 2024

Important PSR Information
Serving students in grades 1st thru 8th.
Classes meet in the SHF school on Monday evenings, 6:30 - 7:45 p.m, September thru May.
Please be sure to read all instructions at left before beginning the registration process.
